Hi Loves, thank you for shopping at bliss boutique! I take pride to give y'all the best quality items, however please note bliss boutique operates on a " no return policy". That means all sales are considered final, I get some people order sizes and they come in and there either to big or too small and I'm sorry if that happens to you but I can not give refunds on items that are small or big. I encourage everyone to read to refund policy before making a purchase.
However if you receive a product that is damage in any way I will send a replacement immediately but I have to see pictures and evidence that the product is damaged. Once you receive the product if something is wrong with it and is damage you have 30 days from the time you received it to claim something was wrong with your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or item is damage.
